Store reviews describe the experience of buying from a business, including service, delivery, packaging and checkout. Product reviews describe a particular item’s quality, fit or performance. Judge.me collects both in the same Shopify app, so you can show feedback about your products and your business.
Install Judge.me Reviews, then go to Settings > Widgets > Write a Review and enable the store-review prompt under Post review submission. After submitting a product review, customers can review their shopping experience in a separate form. On Awesome, you can also add a Shop review block to Custom styling request emails and enable invitations in supported follow-up and reward emails. See the collection options.
Yes. Judge.me’s Free plan includes unlimited store reviews, the post-product-review prompt, review links and QR codes. Free carousels let you display store feedback, and Google Business Profile sync is included too. The Happy Customers Widget, Floating Reviews Tab and store-review email blocks require Awesome at $15 USD/month. Compare the plans.
Add the free Cards Carousel to a Shopify 2.0 theme and select Store reviews to feature up to 30 reviews. Other free carousel options are also available. On Awesome, use the Happy Customers Widget for a dedicated reviews page or add a Floating Reviews Tab for shoppers to open as they browse. You can also display earned Judge.me Medals alongside your reviews. Set up the Cards Carousel.
Yes, including on the Free plan. Connect the Google account that manages your Business Profile, select the locations to import and initiate sync. New reviews sync every seven days and appear as unverified store reviews; photos and videos are not imported. This integration brings Google reviews into Judge.me and does not send Judge.me reviews back to Google. See the Google sync guide.
Yes. Export your reviews as CSV, XLS or XLSX, then use Judge.me’s free spreadsheet import and choose Store reviews. Map the review text and rating columns; both are required. If you use the Judge.me CSV template instead, leave product URL, ID and handle empty to import store reviews. These spreadsheet imports are unverified; app-specific migration paths have their own verification requirements. See the import guide or use the CSV template.
Yes. Copy your store review link or download its QR code from Settings > Request reviews > Links, QR codes and point of sale review collection. Both are available on Free. Share them on packaging, in store or in customer conversations. They are public links; reviews are only verified when the customer confirms their email and Judge.me can match them to a customer of your store. See form and verification options.
Displaying store reviews does not automatically add stars to your search result. Google does not award organization or local-business review stars for reviews a business controls about itself on its own website, including through a third-party widget. Product-review results have separate eligibility rules. Read Google’s review guidance.
